1. The Service

AirloopAI is an AI-powered content polishing platform that helps users improve their written, spoken, and image-based content. We provide tools for expanding, fixing, and reformatting content using artificial intelligence.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use most features of AirloopAI. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate account information
• Being at least 13 years of age

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AirloopAI to:

• Generate spam, misinformation, or deceptive content
• Produce content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our systems
• Resell or redistribute access to the service without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of the content you submit to AirloopAI. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not sell it to third parties.

5. Payments & Refunds

AirloopAI offers free, credit-based, and subscription plans. By purchasing credits or a subscription you agree to our pricing as displayed at the time of purchase.

• Credits — never expire and are non-refundable once used
• Subscriptions — billed monthly or annually; you may cancel at any time
• Refunds — we offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have not used the credits or subscription features

6. AI-Generated Content

AirloopAI uses artificial intelligence to generate content suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing or sharing it. We are not liable for any consequences arising from content you publish.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirloopAI and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
